6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet budgetary goals.

1. Proven ability to drive business results and exceed targets.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Degree in Business/Retail Management or equivalent is preferred.

Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
