1. Drive and maximize store sales performance and exceed KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans.
3. Represent Prada in the local market to increase customer footfall and brand loyalty.
4. Ensure exceptional client experiences and satisfaction on the sales floor.
5. Foster Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
6. Manage store expenses and meet operating budgets.
7. Cultivate strong client relationships and implement clienteling initiatives.
8. Promote a culture of private appointments and client-centric service.
9. Lead and coach the store team, ensuring professional growth and succession planning.
10. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams to develop sales strategies.
11. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
12. Organize and participate in local events in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.

1. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and customer service excellence.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury retail, demonstrating a strong track record of driving sales and managing high-performing teams.
