Prada Department Manager

- Act as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
- Provide an exceptional welcome and customer service, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Offer commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Promote the development of the ecommerce channel.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
- Train and inspire the sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, supporting product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure the visual presentation of the department meets company standards.
- Maintain effective and efficient back-of-house organization and uphold company asset protection and staff grooming standards.
- Fluent in German and English

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
