Prada Assistant Store Director

1. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities, and communicate insights to the sales team.
2. Uphold the corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards.
3. Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand quality standards.
4. Promote customer loyalty and foster strong client relationships.
5. Encourage a client-centric mindset within the team.
6. Assist the Store Manager in cultivating an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment through effective communication and organization.
7. Facilitate staff professional development and training in collaboration with the Store Manager.
8. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to develop effective sales strategies.
9. Ensure seamless cooperation between front and back office operations.
10. Maintain store image and product care in accordance with corporate standards, ensuring staff accountability.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and other incentives. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
