- Analyze and enhance the performance of assigned categories, developing and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive overall sales strategies, aiming to exceed budget and KPI targets.
- Maximize business opportunities to enhance sales performance and contribution.

- Conduct training for team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to support continuous growth.

- Strengthen customer loyalty by acquiring new clients and building robust relationships with existing ones.
- Manage store aesthetics through effective display and visual merchandising.
- Support operational management including inventory, cash flow, logistics, and reporting.
- Maintain grooming standards for team members to uphold the brand image.
- Plan and execute local events to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze competitor events and propose optimal event plans.
- Collaborate with retail headquarters and influencers to execute events that enhance brand value.
- Management experience in the luxury industry, domestic markets, or select shops.
- Ability to lead customer building and development initiatives with passion.
- Capability to develop and strengthen store teams.
- Supportive of individual team members' career plans.
- Ability to create a comfortable work environment.
- Logical analysis and management of numbers and KPIs.
Management experience in the luxury sector or similar environments is required.
