1. Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations of the boutique.
2. Lead and manage the Donna (women's) business segment to achieve success.
3. Foster a positive work culture and act as a natural leader to the team.
4. Build and nurture genuine relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service from the selling ceremony to after-sales care.
5. Drive sales by setting an example and inspiring the team to meet targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain strong commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends in both local and international markets.
7. Provide hands-on support to the team on the sales floor.

1. Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience.
2. At least 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
3. Proven track record in driving sales results and achieving KPIs.
4. Demonstrated passion for the Prada brand.
