1. Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily boutique operations.
2. Lead and manage the Donna (women's) business to achieve success.
3. Cultivate a positive work culture and lead by example.
4. Build and nurture genuine relationships with clients, from the selling ceremony to after-sales care.
5. Drive sales and inspire the team to meet targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain strong commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends.
7. Provide hands-on support to the team on the sales floor.

1. Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail experience.
2. Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a similar role.
3. Proven track record of driving sales results and achieving KPIs.
4. Passion for the Prada brand.
