Prada Department Manager

1. Lead the department team to surpass financial targets and enhance sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
3. Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
4. Ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor and promote omni-channel awareness.
5. Develop the e-commerce channel by ensuring timely responses to orders and maintaining high service standards.
6. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
7. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
8. Cultivate a client-centric environment, leading by example to meet client needs and requests.
9. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
10. Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
11. Motivate and manage the department team, promoting team spirit and effective communication.
12. Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
13. Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
14. Ensure effective store care, including adherence to company procedures and asset protection.
15. Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and relevant departments.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
