Prada Department Manager

- Lead the department team to surpass financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor and promote omni-channel awareness.
- Develop the e-commerce channel by ensuring timely responses to orders and maintaining high service standards.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
- Cultivate a client-centric environment, leading by example to meet client needs and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Motivate and manage the department team, promoting team spirit and effective communication.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure effective store care, including adherence to company procedures and asset protection.
- Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and relevant departments.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Passion and knowledge of the product category managed.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Team player with leadership and influence abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and positivity.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
