1. Act as a brand ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
3. Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, promoting cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
7. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
8. Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging in clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
9. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
10. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
11. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through morning briefings.
12. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
13. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
14. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization.
15. Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.

1. Fluent in Thai and English
2. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on sales and team management.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
