5. Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to support continuous growth.

8. Strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to boost store loyalty.

12. Plan and execute local events to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
13. Analyze competitor events and propose optimal event plans.
14. Collaborate with retail headquarters and influencers to execute events that elevate brand value.
