1. Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
3. Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
4. Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
5. Promote omni-channel awareness and the use of digital tools.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Motivate and manage the department team, promoting a positive work environment.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
