1. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
2. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
3. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and foster e-commerce channel development.
5. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
6. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
7. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and effective visual presentation within the department.
8. Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
