Prada Department Manager

1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and objectives.
2. Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
3. Motivate and manage the department team to meet sales targets.
4. Ensure exceptional client service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
5. Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
6. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
7. Drive the team to exceed KPIs and stay updated on market trends.
8. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
9. Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
10. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
11. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
12. Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
13. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
14. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
15. Ensure visual presentation standards and efficient back-of-house organization.
16. Protect company assets and uphold staff grooming standards.

1. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
2. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
