Prada Department Manager

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the company's values and objectives.
- Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Motivate and manage the department team to meet sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and implement actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed KPIs and stay updated on market trends.
- Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquiring new local customers.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure visual presentation standards and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and uphold staff grooming standards.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead and influence peers.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Natural ability to serve clients.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
