1. Deliver exceptional client experiences, fostering cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

4. Develop and inspire the sales team through training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

7. Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising and efficient back-of-house organization.

1. Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment.

4. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to engage clients.
5. Fluency in German and English.
