1. Deliver exceptional client experiences, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty through effective cross-selling strategies.
2. Lead and motivate the department team to exceed KPIs by analyzing performance and implementing strategic action plans.
3. Support business growth by sharing commercial insights and market trends with the Store Manager.
4. Develop and inspire the sales team through comprehensive training in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
5. Identify and nurture high-potential talent, promoting internal development and effective communication.
6. Drive department growth by enhancing clienteling activities, expanding the local customer base, and supporting e-commerce initiatives.
7. Ensure operational excellence through strong visual merchandising, efficient back-of-house organization, and asset protection.

1. Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Strong passion and knowledge of the product category, with an interest in luxury, fashion, and art.
2. Business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to lead, influence, and inspire peers as a collaborative team player.
4. Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to engage clients.
5. Fluency in both German and English.

Over 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail environment is required.
