Prada Department Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering cross-selling across product categories.
- Analyze department performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay informed on market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
- Promote the development of the e-commerce channel.
- Enhance customer loyalty through clienteling activities and acquisition of new local customers.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through tailored morning briefings.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Ensure visual presentation standards and efficient back-of-house organization.
- Protect company assets and uphold staff grooming standards.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead and influence peers.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Natural ability to serve clients.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
