Prada Department Manager

- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
- Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
- Ensure an exceptional welcome and foster cross-selling among product categories.
- Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
- Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Drive the team to exceed KPIs.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Foster e-commerce channel development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
- Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and development of ad hoc morning briefings.
- Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
- Guarantee the visual presentation of the department.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Business-driven mindset
- Team player with leadership and influence capabilities
- Strong customer service approach
- Confident, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor
- Problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
