Prada Department Manager

1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional client service.
3. Ensure an exceptional welcome and foster cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive the team to exceed KPIs.
7. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
8. Foster e-commerce channel development.
9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
10. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
11. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
12. Ensure effective communication and development of ad hoc morning briefings.
13. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
14. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
15. Guarantee the visual presentation of the department.
16. Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and protect company assets.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluent in Thai and English
