Prada CRM Manager

- Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Korea, ensuring alignment with the global CRM strategy across all group brands.
- Design and execute customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Generate CRM insights to support commercial actions targeting specific customer segments.
- Assist stores with the implementation of clienteling strategies and CRM best practices.
- Manage budgeting and cost oversight for loyalty programs, including tracking ROI.
- Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments on new product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
- Serve as the local point of reference for CRM reporting, dashboards, and digital clienteling tools.
- Act as the local contact for the Net Promoter System and customer surveys.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or client development.
- Proven track record in identifying opportunities and implementing customer relationship strategies.
- Excellent communication and client relations skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
- Experience in database management.
- Flexibility for regional and international travel.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
A minimum of 10 years in business development, strategy, or client development, preferably within the luxury industry, though experience in finance or consulting is also valued.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
