Prada Clienteling & Campaign Specialist

- Develop and manage one-to-one campaigns, coordinating with regional and corporate teams to deliver tailored campaigns.
- Execute one-to-many communications in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with Time-to-Market, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Coordinate assets and content with cross-functional teams.
- Support the Global Clienteling strategy by providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to Top Management and stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence across regional teams by distributing KPIs and sharing best practices.
- Act as a Clienteling Ambassador within the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
Previous experience in CRM, Clienteling, or Client Department, preferably within a luxury brand. Experience as a Client Advisor or in In-Store CRM/Clienteling or In-Store Training is considered a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
