1. Prioritize the client experience in all interactions.
2. Implement strategies to enhance client retention and engagement.
3. Utilize the CRM system to provide support via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
4. Personalize client interactions to build long-term relationships.
5. Efficiently address client inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, or upsell products.
7. Assist clients with post-sale inquiries, including delivery, returns, repairs, and refunds.
8. Resolve client order issues professionally by liaising with boutiques and concessions.
9. Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information and diffuse tense situations.
10. Collaborate with the Client Service Team Leader to escalate issues appropriately.
11. Support Store Operations in managing client queries and merchandising requests.
12. Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
13. Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining excellent client service.
14. Represent the Client Service team by delivering high-level luxury service.
