Prada Client Service Advisor

- Prioritize the client experience in all interactions.
- Implement strategies to enhance client retention and engagement.
- Utilize the CRM system to provide support via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
- Personalize client interactions to build long-term relationships.
- Efficiently address client inquiries, providing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, or upsell products.
- Assist clients with post-sale inquiries, including delivery, returns, repairs, and refunds.
- Resolve client order issues professionally by liaising with boutiques and concessions.
- Engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information and diffuse tense situations.
- Collaborate with the Client Service Team Leader to escalate issues appropriately.
- Support Store Operations in managing client queries and merchandising requests.
- Attend educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining excellent client service.
- Represent the Client Service team by delivering high-level luxury service.
- Passion for connecting with clients and fostering personalized relationships.
- Exceptional client service, active listening, and communication skills.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask insightful questions and manage tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
