1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience.

4. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.

11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with operational guidelines.
12. Contribute to security measures and prevent product theft.

7. Passion and knowledge of the product category managed.
8. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
