1. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with distinction.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and remain vigilant against product theft.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in both German and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
