1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-term client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
