- Prioritize clients by creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional sales and customer service.
- Exceed sales and KPI targets to maximize individual performance and contribute to store success.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of Prada's history, culture, and background.
- Utilize CRM to maintain client relationships and develop future sales opportunities through personalized approaches.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and the luxury fashion world to advise and discuss with clients.
- Handle customer complaints and collaborate with managers and client service teams for resolution when necessary.
- Work with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Leverage digital devices to provide a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience.
- Collaborate with operations (Back of the House) to maintain an organized stockroom as part of store operations.
- Adhere to company procedures and operational guidelines, including inventory procedures and key reporting activities required by HQ.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, exceptional customer experiences and foster a positive work environment that respects diversity and inclusion.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in fashion and luxury brand sales
- Teamwork and effective communication skills
- Possession of a diligent and positive attitude
