1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Prada's philosophy and values.
2. Maximize sales performance by cultivating customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
4. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate extensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
9. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company guidelines.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Passion for human relations and sales

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the product category
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
