Prada Client Advisor (Part-time, Pop-up)

- Deliver an exceptional client journey at the Prada pop‑up, providing personalised service and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
- Advise clients on styling, fitting and product selection with authoritative product knowledge and fashion sensibility.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, clienteling and effective follow‑up to achieve store targets.
- Support daily store operations including stock handling, visual standards, opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
- Execute ad‑hoc assignments as required by management, including merchandising adjustments and event support.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and luxury retail, with a dynamic, customer‑centric attitude.
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English to engage a diverse clientele.
- Proven experience in the luxury or fashion sector (retail or client‑facing roles preferred).
- Strong team‑working skills, results orientation and flexibility to work the published contract period and schedule (9 hours/day).
- Professional presentation and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced pop‑up environment (Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui).

Prior client‑facing experience in luxury or fashion retail is required; experience working in pop‑up or high‑footfall environments is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
