1. Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales while providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
4. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
5. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
10. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with management when necessary.
11. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines.
12. Contribute to security measures to prevent product theft.

2. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
