1. Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
3. Ensure high-quality sales and customer service to exceed KPI goals.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
5. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and utilize digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
8. Resolve client complaints with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Maintain respect for products and operate with care.
10. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House for daily store operations and organized stock room.
12. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, and reporting.
13. Foster open communication and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand is required.
