1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring exceptional service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage knowledgeably with customers.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment.

1. Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
