- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring exceptional service both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage knowledgeably with customers.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
