1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, consulting with line managers as needed.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
5. In-depth knowledge and passion for the product category managed.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
