1. Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about current fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Demonstrated experience in luxury sales and client relationship management.
