1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using individual approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
7. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Knowledge and passion for the product category managed
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
