1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to security measures and be vigilant in preventing product thefts.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, annualized from $41,600 to $52,000, with potential eligibility for commission, bonuses, and other incentives based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
