1. Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
2. Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
3. Promote an Omni Channel mindset and work collaboratively with colleagues.
4. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
5. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with Prada's operational guidelines.
8. Contribute to shop security and prevent product thefts.

1. Fluent in French and English; Russian is a plus.
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
