1. Create a welcoming environment for clients and meet their needs, providing excellent service in line with the client journey ceremony.
2. Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach.

5. Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
9. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with Prada operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to a high level of security and remain vigilant to prevent product thefts.

2. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both in a team and independently
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, result-driven and problem-solving abilities
7. Fluency in French and English, with Russian as a plus

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
