1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and values of Prada.
2. Maximize sales performance by nurturing customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
3. Provide an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients into the world of Prada.
4. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
5. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
6. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
8. Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
9. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
10. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is preferred.
