1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales.
2. Problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion and knowledge of the product category managed.
7. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
