- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future engagement opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, while fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
- Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Effectively address customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
- Passion for selling and retail environments
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the managed product category
- Fluency in Spanish
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable
Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
