2. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future engagement opportunities.

5. Provide an excellent in-store experience at all times.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Effectively address customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
11. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

8. Fluency in Spanish
9. Advanced English proficiency is desirable

Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
