- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM, maintaining and developing relationships for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or via virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
