- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Achieve KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
- Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with care and respect, ensuring a pristine presentation.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience.
- Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
