1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
3. Achieve KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
5. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM system to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
7. Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with care and respect, ensuring a pristine presentation.
10. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury customer experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
