- Provide an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and meeting their needs and expectations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and provide informed advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually, leveraging technology.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Adhere to company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
