- Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring proactive engagement and superior service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in knowledgeable discussions with clients.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
