1. Provide an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Promote the brand's philosophy and values, guiding clients through the world of Prada.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to offer personalized service and develop future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients in discussions and provide advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
