1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Create a welcoming environment and meet client needs in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony'.
4. Capture customer data in the CRM system to maintain and develop client relationships.
5. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional experience and foster a positive working environment.
7. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
9. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
10. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
11. Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, following Prada's operational guidelines.
12. Contribute to security efforts to prevent product theft.

1. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Turkish is advantageous.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
