1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and understanding their needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing proactive service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
