- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and understanding their needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing proactive service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
- Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the luxury product category
Proven experience in sales and customer relations within the luxury fashion industry.
