Prada Client Advisor

- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
- Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
