1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, as well as Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships for personalized service and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage in informed discussions with clients.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Host and conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

1. Passion for human relations and sales

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
