1. Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
2. Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
3. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster client relationships and develop brand loyalty.
4. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
6. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
8. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
9. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
10. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
