- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
- Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster client relationships and develop brand loyalty.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to shop security and prevent product thefts.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Passion for selling and retail environments.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
