- Create a welcoming environment for customers, meeting their needs and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Surpass KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers and provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or via virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team and maintain an organized stock room.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure an exceptional customer experience and positive work environment.
- Passion for fashion, dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective team player with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
