1. Provide exceptional in-store experiences by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales.
2. Proficient problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge and passion for the product category managed.
7. Fluency in Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury fashion sector is required.
