1. Provide exceptional in-store customer service, ensuring a premium experience at all times.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to maintain brand and product knowledge.
5. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
7. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in German and English.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
